Update from PTAD on arrears of 2019 Consequential Adjustment

Pension Transitional Arrangement Directorate (PTAD) has released a statement on the status of outstanding three months arrears due to the 2019 consequential adjustment to pensions.

“The Pension Transitional Arrangement Directorate (PTAD), wishes to inform our esteemed pensioners from the Civil Service Pension Department that due to circumstances beyond our control, the Directorate has not been able to at this time offset the outstanding three months arrears as a result of the 2019 consequential adjustment to pensions in the first quarter of 2022.”

PTAD thereafter said that it will pay the arrears as soon as funds are made available for the payment.

PTAD also said it regrets any inconvenience the delay may have caused esteemed pensioners.
