Securities and Exchange Commission changes the Trustees of its SEC Pension Fund

Nigeria Securities and Exchange Commission has issued a Public Notice on change of Trustees of its SEC Pension Fund.

SEC Public Notice

The SEC Pension Fund, registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission as an incorporated Trustee is in the process of changing its Trustees. The change is necessitated by the expiration of the tenure, resignation as well as death of persons currently listed as Trustees.

Please find below details of the proposed change;

ANY OBJECTION TO THIS PROPOSED CHANGE SHOULD BE FORWARDED TO THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION HEAD OFFICE SITUATED AT PLOT 272, SAMUEL ADESUJO ADEMULEGUN STREE CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT, GARKI, ABUJA OR ANY OF THE SEC ZONAL OFFICES WITHIN 28 DAYS OF THIS NOTICE.
