National Pension Commission (PenCom) has disclosed that the total number of Retirement Savings Account (RSA) Registrations as at 31 October 2023 is 10,140,929, this shows an increase of 115,615 for a period of three (3) months, August, September and October 2023, compared to the 10,025,314 as at 31 July 2023. PenCom did not include the total RSA registration in its monthly reports for August and September 2023.

The 34,850 which represents the average for the 115,615 Retirement Savings Accounts (RSA) registrations for August, September and October 2023 is far higher than the 16,265 performance for the month of July 2023 and also higher than the average monthly RSA registrations from January to July 2023, which is 23,312.

PenCom only released the total number of RSA Registration as at 31 October 2023 in its monthly report for October 2023, without any breakdown. We look forward to a time when the Regulator, National Pension Commission (PenCom) will release the monthly report for RSA Registrations per Fund, per Pension Fund Administrator (PFA) along with the breakdown based on Age and Gender. This will enable stakeholders and industry analyst measure PFA performance based on RSA registrations per Fund, along age brackets, sector and gender, on monthly basis.

PenCom however releases RSA registrations per PFA and RSA Registration Age and Gender breakdown, on quarterly basis. You can check out the latest reports available in the links below
