PTAD Mobile Verification Takes Verification to Sick & Infirm Pensioners in their Homes or Hospital

Pension Transitional Arrangement Directorate (PTAD) continues to take verification to sick and infirm pensioners who are unable to go to the verification centres.

Mobile Verification is conducted for sick and infirm Pensioners meaning that PTAD physically goes to the pensioners house or hospital to verify them. For a pensioner to request for mobile verification, the pensioners family will take the pensioner’s original documents to PTAD or the verification venue together with proof of infirmity for authentication, before mobile verification can be scheduled.

Here are some of the recent mobile verification done by PTAD.
