Pension Reform Act 2014 (Amendment) Bill undergoes First Reading at Senate

The Pension Reform Act, 2014 (Amendment) Bill, 2022 (HB. 2025) was the 3rd Bill to be read by the Senate during the Senate plenary session today 13 December 2022.

This was disclosed in the Senate proceedings as;

“3. Pension Reform Act, 2014 (Amendment) Bill, 2022 (HB. 2025) by Senate Leader, Senator Ibrahim Gobir.

Pension Reform Act, 2014 (Amendment) Bill, 2022 (HB. 2025) is read the First Time.”
