List of Organisations Issued Compliance Certificates as at 28 February 2023
The National Pension Commission (PenCom) has disclosed the list of employers (organizations) that have received the 2023 Pension Clearance Certificates (PCCs) as at 28 February 2023.
The list revealed that PenCom has issued PCCs to 2,059 organizations as at 28 February 2023, the report further revealed that the 2,059 organizations had remitted a total sum N83,508,455,622.05 into the Retirement Savings Accounts (RSAs) of their 61,853 employees, during the year 2022.

The Top 5 employers on the list with over a billion naira remitted as pension contributions for their employees, are Stanbic Ibtc Bank Plc, Julius Berger Nigeria Plc, MTN Nigeria Communications Plc, Dangote Cement Plc and Flour Mills Of Nigeria Plc. See full list of employers below.
Pension Compliance Certificates is a mandatory requirement for organizations transacting business with Federal Government Ministries, departments and Agencies (MDAs) and it is also a means of identifying responsible employers that are complying with the provisions of Pension Reform Act 2014.
Pension Compliance Certificate expires every 31 December, therefore it must be renewed on yearly basis, the major requirement for pension compliance certificate is remittance of pension contribution and group life insurance policy for employees.
