KDSG Begins Verification of 16,955 Pensioners on Defined Benefits Scheme
Kaduna State Pension Bureau wishes to inform the public of the ongoing verification exercise for 9,651 State and 7,304 Local Government Pensioners in the State.
The verification exercise commenced on Wednesday 14th April 2021, at 09:00 am in the Kaduna State Pension Bureau premises and is scheduled to hold for nine weeks.
The pensioners participating in the verification exercise should ensure they come along with all the necessary documents as follows:
- Letter of the first appointment
- Letter of Permanent and Pensionable appointment
- Confirmation letter
- Last promotion letter
- Record of Service
- Computation sheet
- Primary school leaving certificate.
- Secondary school leaving certificate.
- Highest qualification certificate
- Birth certificate/Declaration of Age
- LGA registration ID
- Proof of identity of 2 relatives
- PSN
- National Identity card (NIN)
- Bank details/BVN, Account No, Account Name.
Please note that those who did their verification from 2015 to date should come with evidence of their previous verifications.
