Information for Parastatals Pensioners who have not received November, 2019 Monthly Pension.

Any Parastatals Pensioner who has not received his/her November, 2019 monthly pension as at date should please submit the listed documents below to Pension Transitional Arrangement Directorate (PTAD) email address: complaints@ptad.gov.ng towards a quick resolution of the complaint:

6 months bank statement (stamped and signed)
BVN print out (stamped and signed)
Verification slip

Alternatively, the above mentioned documents could be submitted along with a complaint form at our Head Office in Abuja or any of our State Offices in Lagos, Sokoto, Benin, Yobe, Kaduna, Kano, Awka, Enugu and Yola.
