FURTHER EXTENSION OF SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENT DEADLINE
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) has further extended the Subscription payment deadline for 2020. This was disclosed in a statement released by ICAN during the week.

FURTHER EXTENSION OF SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENT DEADLINE
The Council in its wisdom granted an extension of the deadline for payment of year 2020 Membership Subscription from April 30, 2020 to July 31, 2020 and further shifted it to October 31, 2020.
In view of the fact that the economy is yet to gain traction after the COVID-19 lockdown, Council has approved as follows:
1) That the deadline for payment of year 2020 subscription be extended further to December 31, 2020.
2)That any member who by December 31, 2020 fails to pay year 2020 subscription would be suspended or delisted as applicable.
3) That any member who fails to pay for the year 2021 subscription which is due on January 1, 2021, by the grace period ending April 30, 2021, would either be suspended or delisted as appropriate.
We commend members who have paid their dues for fulfilling their financial obligations to the Institute at this time.
To enable us capture such payments and update your accounts appropriately, we wish to appeal that subscriptions and other dues should only be paid through the designated channels listed as follows;
Web pay, Quickteller, Bills Payment on Internet Banking, PayDirect and ICAN offices.
