PenCom approves Senator Zik, Doherty & 12 others for PFAs & PFCs Top Mgt
National Pension Commission (PenCom) has approved the appointment of Senator Zik, Doherty and 12 other persons to the Board and Top Management Positions of Pension Fund Administrators (PFAs) and Pension Fund Custodians (PFCs), this was disclosed in a report recently released by PenCom and the appointments were approved between January to June 2020.
PenCom always ensures that appointed persons have the minimum required qualifications and experiences as spelt out in the guidelines for appointment to Board and Top Management positions of PFAs and PFCs. In addition to the qualification and experience requirements, appointees are also subjected to “fit and proper persons” tests to determine their suitability for appointment.
